(Deemed as read and accepted once entry form has been signed and submitted to Show Secretary)

1. It is a condition of entry that Cullinghood, the organisers, the landowner, or any site staff/official do not accept liability for accident, loss, damage, injury or illness or for anything that may happen to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other person or their property whatsoever, however caused.  It shall be a condition of entry that any such entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters/organisers against any claim for loss, injury, damage or legal action.  All persons attending the show do so at their own risk.

2. The Judges’, Stewards’ and the Organisers’ decision is FINAL in all cases.  No objection or dispute regarding the decision can be made.  The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without stating the reason.

3. Horse/ponies in ridden classes MUST be 4 years old or over.

4. PLEASE NOTE THAT DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

5. Any competitor considered to be contravening the Show/Event rules, mistreating an animal or riding in a manner that is considered to be or may cause danger to others will be asked to leave the showground immediately.

9.Please be aware that, under the Horse Passports (England) Regulations 2004, it is illegal for an equine to be transported, for whatever reason, to any destination without its appropriate passport.  We have been informed that Trading Standards officers may check at competitions to spot check that every horse on the site has its appropriate passport.  Please, therefore, bring your passport with you when competing at one of our events as failure to do so may result in your entry being refused without any refund of pre-paid entries.
