An opportunity for children and young riders to
experience looking after or owning a pony.
Half Pony Day 10-1pm £35
Suitable for all children aged 5-8years, we would
appreciate an adult to accompany.
Arrive in time to start at 10am, meet the pony. Learn
how to handle the pony safely, tie-up and lead etc.
11am Ride on the lead rein. The first ½ hour will
be a lesson in the arena followed by a ½ hour ride through the
woodlands.
12pm learn to un-tack and groom. The morning ends
12.30-1pm.
A Full Day At The Stables £55
10am to 4pm bring your own packed lunch or we can supply
at £3pp.
Suitable for complete beginners and those who can ride,
beginners will be on the leading rein and will not ride with the more
experienced riders.
Arrive in time to start at 10am. Meet your pony –
learn or practice pony care under supervision.
11-12.30 riding lesson in the arena. Un-tack ponies,
brush off, hay and water. 1pm lunch.
2pm tack-up, ride for 1 hour followed by stable
management talk / practical.
Intensive Pony Day £60
Experienced walk/trot/canter riders only.
Arrive 10am, groom pony and tack-up
10.30 ride flat lesson. 11.30 comfort break
11.45 jumping lesson. 1pm lunch
2pm hack
3pm un-tack, groom. Stable management
CHILDRENS
PARTIES

The party days are tailored to suit your individual
requirement.
As a suggestion; - upon arrival meet the ponies, ride
for 3/4 of an hour through the woodlands and farm tracks (all children
will be lead, parent participation
appreciated.) £15
per child
Lunch / food in picnic area or large dining room
depending upon the weather.
You are free to bring your own food or we can supply at
£3-5 per child.
